If you’ve had a total hysterectomy (the removal of the uterus and all of the cervix), you are not at risk of developing cervical cancer and don’t need to complete this questionnaire. However, this does not mean that you’re protected against other cancers. Please go to the homepage to find risk assessments that may be more appropriate for you.
If your cervix — or part of your cervix — remains (or if you’re simply not sure), you might still be at risk for developing cervical cancer. Please complete the questions to see how the rest of your health history might affect your risk.
